The more you collect, the more you save. <h2 dir="ltr" id="2-who-can-join">2. Who can join?</h2>Anyone with an Out&#x2019;n&#x2019;About account will be automatically enrolled in Out&#x2019;n&#x2019;About Rewards. If you are new, click&#xA0;Join Now&#xA0;to create an account. It is free and gives you access to member rewards. <h2 dir="ltr" id="3-how-do-i-earn-nipper-points">3. How do I earn Nipper Points?</h2>You can earn&#xA0;Nipper Points&#xA0;for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the&#xA0;Earn Points&#xA0;tab in the menu. <h2 dir="ltr" id="4-how-do-i-view-my-points-balance">4. How do I view my Points balance?</h2>You can see your points balance in the header of the loyalty page when you are logged in. <h2 dir="ltr" id="5-how-do-i-redeem-my-nipper-points">5. How do I redeem my Nipper Points?</h2>Select the tab called&#xA0;Redeem Points. Here you&#x2019;ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. Customers need to reach milestones to redeem their points e.g.&#xA0; 1000 -&#xA3;10&#xA0; 2000 - &#xA3;20 3000- &#xA3;30 5000 - &#xA3;50 10000 - &#xA3;100&#xA0; and then they can see the reward at the bottom of their rewards page it will say - get reward.&#xA0; <h2 dir="ltr" id="isPasted">6. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?</h2>No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can! <h2 dir="ltr" id="7-what-do-the-approved-pending-and-cancelled-statuses-mean">7. What do the &apos;approved&apos;, &apos;pending&apos; and &apos;cancelled&apos; statuses mean?</h2><ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Approved:&#xA0;These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Pending:&#xA0;These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals which have a 63 day approval period.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Cancelled:&#xA0;These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)</li></ul><h2 dir="ltr" id> </h2><h2 dir="ltr" id="8-what-happens-if-a-friend-i-refer-cancels-or-returns-their-order">8. What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?</h2>Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account. <h2 dir="ltr" id="9-why-did-my-nipper-points-balance-go-down">9. Why did my Nipper Points balance go down?</h2>You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. <h2 dir="ltr" id="10-i-completed-an-activity-but-didnt-earn-points">10. I completed an activity but didn&apos;t earn points!</h2>Don&#x2019;t worry, it can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. <h2 dir="ltr" id="11-can-i-use-my-nipper-points-during-checkout">11. Can I use my Nipper Points during checkout?</h2>Not directly. Please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout. <h2 dir="ltr" id="12-how-do-i-leave-the-program">12. How do I leave the program?</h2>If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at help@outnabout.com and ask to be unenrolled. We will unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued. <h2 dir="ltr" id="13-what-happens-if-i-leave-and-decide-to-join-again">13. What happens if I leave and decide to join again?</h2>Just contact us and we&apos;ll re-enroll you. When do I receive Nipper Points for my child&#x2019;s birthday?</h2>Add your youngest child&#x2019;s birthday to your account and your Nipper Points will be added automatically each year on that date, around midnight UTC. <h2 dir="ltr" id="16-why-didnt-i-receive-points-for-my-order"> 16. Why didn&#x2019;t I receive points for my order?</h2>There are two possible reasons:<ol><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Your order was placed before our rewards program launched. Points are only awarded on purchases made after the program went live.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Points remain pending for 63 days after purchase to allow for any returns. Once this period has passed, eligible points will be added to your account.</li></ol>
