Renew & Refresh Service – How It Works
Our Renew & Refresh Service is designed to keep your Out’n’About products in top condition. Once you’ve purchased the service, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth and efficient process:
1. Let Us Know if a Box Is Required
After purchasing the service, please inform us whether you need a box for your item. If a box is required, we will send one to you free of charge.
2. Notify Us When the Box Arrives
Once your box has arrived, please let us know immediately. We will then arrange a collection with DPD at a convenient time for you.
3. Prepare Your Item for Collection
DPD will provide a return label for your item. When preparing your box:
Include your order number
Include your contact details
Arrange collection within 3-5 business days in advance.
This ensures that your item is correctly tracked and processed during the Renew & Refresh Service.
4. Frame Condition Check
Please note: if there are any cracks or structural damage to the frame, we will not be able to complete the service. In such cases, the pushchair will be returned to you, and the service fee will be refunded.
By following these steps, we can ensure your product is serviced efficiently and returned to you in excellent condition.
