Nipper Rebuild Service – Packaging and Collection Guide
Once you have received your replacement fabrics, wheels, and the rebuild box, please follow the instructions below to prepare your buggy and arrange a collection.
1. Package Your Nipper
Once all the parts have arrived, please place the following items into the rebuild box provided:
The Nipper pram
The fabrics
The wheels
Any other hardware that was included with the rebuild kit
Please ensure the buggy is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
2. Write Your Details on the Box
Before arranging collection, please clearly write the following on the outside of the box:
Your order number
Your contact details
This helps our warehouse team quickly identify your rebuild when it arrives.
3. Contact Us to Arrange Collection
Once the Nipper is fully packaged, please contact our team by phone or email to let us know that:
Your Nipper has been packed
All hardware is included
You would like to arrange a collection
At this point, we will arrange a collection with DPD for a time that is convenient for you.
4. Collection Scheduling
Please note:
Collections must be booked up to 3 - 5 business days in advance.
Our team will raise the collection request with DPD after speaking with you to arrange a suitable date.
5. Important Information About the DPD Email
After the collection has been booked, DPD may send you an automated email advising you to write the delivery address on the box.
Please ignore this message.
The DPD driver will arrive with a shipping label, which they will attach to the box at the time of collection. This means you do not need to print or write any delivery address on the parcel.
6. Frame Safety Check
Please note that if the Nipper frame has any cracks, we will not be able to carry out the rebuild.
This is for safety reasons, as a cracked frame could compromise the structural integrity of the buggy.
If cracks are found during inspection:
The rebuild will not proceed
The Nipper will be returned to you
A full refund for the rebuild service will be issued
