Returns Policy
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchases from the Out'n'About website. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you may return them to us provided they are unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days from the day after delivery.
If delivery of goods is refused, a charge may apply to cover return carriage and administration costs. This cost may be deducted from any refund due.
Please return your items with a copy of the original delivery note, clearly indicating which items you are returning and the reason for the return. Please also write your order number and name on the outside of the parcel for reference.
We recommend that high-value items are returned via a courier or recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or do not reach us.
Return Conditions
Please take note of the following:
A refund can only be processed if items are returned in an unused, resaleable condition.
Please ensure your order number and name are clearly stated on the outside of the packaging as a reference.
Return postage and packing costs are the responsibility of the customer except where items are faulty or damaged.
No further postage and packing charges will be made for exchanged items sent to you.
Customers should obtain proof of postage or send items back by a courier or recorded delivery service when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return.
Items sold in the Clearance section of our website are not covered by any manufacturer warranty. However, this does not affect any customers' statutory rights.

Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for your refund to be processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
