How do I fit the Nipper Pod to my Nipper Double?Updated 2 hours ago
The Nipper Pod clips straight onto your Nipper Double using its own straps and buckles, so you don't need any adapters. Here's how to fit it.
Before you start
- Make sure your Nipper Double is fully unfolded, with the frame locked open.
- Fold the hoods back so you have room to work.
- Have the pod to hand with its straps and buckles free and untangled.
Fitting the pod
- Position the pod. Make sure the seat is fully reclined. Then hold the pod by its carry handle and lower it onto the buggy so it lies flat across the seat area and push it as far back as it can go.
- Fit the straps. The strap attached to the pod on the side in the centre of the buggy goes around the hood bar. The strap facing the external side goes around the frame of the buggy. Push each pair of buckle halves together until you hear or feel them click.
- Check it's secure. Check that every buckle is fully clicked in and that the pod does not slide or shift when you gently pull and push it. Re-tighten the straps if needed.
Good to know
- The Nipper Pod is suitable from newborn to approximately 4 to 6 months.
- The pod is not approved for unsupervised sleep and should always be used under supervision.
- The Front Rider cannot be fitted at the same time as the Nipper Pod.
- To remove the pod, unclip the buckles and lift it out by the carry handle.
