• Where purchased: Orders placed on our website on or after 23 January 2025.

• Time window: Return within 60 days of delivery.

What’s not included

• Pre-loved buggies, restored buggies, or accessories bought separately.

• Partial bundle returns (all bundle items must be sent back for a full refund).
